In the house: sauna (extra). Infrared sauna, spa area, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking, in winter 6 km. Thermal baths "Alpentherme Altenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 11 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
