The modern 75 m² holiday flat has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The equipment also includes WLAN and SAT-TV.
In the outdoor area you can end the evenings with a glass of wine in the garden with comfortable seating and enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains.
In See, 3-8 minutes by car from the accommodation, you will find a good selection of stores, supermarkets, restaurants and bars (2-3.8 km). Directly in See there is a family ski area and you can also reach the Kappl ski area in 5 km. A play, sports and water park is also only 3,2 km and a swimming lake is 3,3 km away. The Ischgl ski arena can be reached in 13 km and the ski area of Galtür in 25 km.
The deposit, the visitor's tax and the price for the Silvretta Premium Card (included here in the price of the visitor's tax) are to be paid in cash on site. These charges are obligatory.
The Silvretta Premium Card (from 16.06. to 15.10.) offers you, among other things, unlimited use of all open mountain railways in Paznaun and Samnaun, use of public transport in Paznaun & Montafon as well as access to the Silvretta High Alpine Road and many more.
