Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 1975 erbauten, einzeln stehenden Einfamilienhaus, wurde im Jahr 2022 renoviert und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt im Ortszentrum. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf den Garten und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Gartenmöbel.

Siofok. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (200 m). Bicycle rack is available.
