In a rural location on the outskirts of the village, but with good connections to the town of Waren (Müritz), the holiday apartment for up to 3 people is located on the upper floor of the owner's house on a plot of around 1,400 square metres. A small restaurant and a children's playground are just a few steps away, Lake Torgelow can be reached quickly via a path with many beautiful views after approx. 15 minutes and a new cycle path leads to the Waren thermal baths approx. 6 km away with numerous shopping opportunities. The apartment, which was last renovated in 2022, is centrally heated and has insect screens on the windows, can be reached via a hallway also used by the owner. It has a living room (couch, armchair, flat screen TV), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, accessible through the living room, 1 x small double bed 1.40 m wide), a separate kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony (electric cooker with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a large bathroom (corner bath, shower, double washbasin, WC) and a hallway. There is also a car park, a bicycle storage room, a furnished balcony and possible WLAN. An outdoor sauna is available by arrangement. A washing machine and tumble dryer in the garden are available for a fee. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity and water.
Neu Schloen is a district of the small municipality of Schloen-Dratow in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, only approx. 6 km from the tourist centre, the state-approved spa town of Waren (Müritz) and approx. 2 km from Lake Torgelow. The hilly landscape, shaped by the Ice Age, with wonderful views and the forest and lake-rich surroundings offer many opportunities for an active holiday. There is a small restaurant and a children's playground in the village itself, and a beautiful path leads to Lake Torgelow. Waren (Müritz) is approx. 6 km away (also connected via a cycle path) and offers shopping facilities, a wide range of restaurants and numerous other sights such as the historic old town, the harbour with passenger ships and the adjacent promenade, as well as the Müritzeum - a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. Waren (Müritz) is also the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service).
