The Beach House is located in Rossatzbach. Dürnstein is at the opposite site of the Danube, wich you can reach within a few minutes by fairy.

You can enjoy an breathtaking view from your bedroom or from your private terrace while having barbecue (electric grill is provided) and drinking good wine with friends or your love.

This house is made for two people in the cozy kingsize bed and a child in the single bed. The beds are divided trough a wooden sliding door.

The outside provides private parking lots for 2 cars, outside dining area, two sun chairs, grill, fire basket and fruit trees.

The inside provides a king size double bed and a child single Bed in the first floor. The first floor also provides an loggia with an table and two chairs, from there you can also enjoy the beautiful view.The ground floor offers a living area including a couch, chair and a couch table. The shower is next to the kitchen. The toilet is separated.
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso Maschine, including capsules as well as a dish washer, glasses, plates, pans and way more.

Free WiFi is available in the whole property.

the STRANDHAUS
was used as a filming location for Hans Moser movies and the Landarzt. Every year many celebrities visit it in the frame of the star night, which takes place right on the spot.

Free private parking is available in the back garden of the house.

is it SUITABLE for me?
If you need peace and quiet, but also want to take advantage of the great discoveries in the area, the beach house is ideal for you.

Also, if you are planning a longer stay in the Wachau and prefer to stay in your own home instead of the city, the Strandhaus is ideal for you.

I recommend the Strandhaus for a couple, family or friends in a large double bed and a child or adult in a single bed. Please note that the single bed is 80x180 cm and the double bed is king size, 180x200 cm.

Dogs are allowed. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if cleaning needs are significantly greater.
