The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Private accommodation Well-kept garden with exotic plants and flowers. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a garage and in a carport. Garage on request. Parking in a closed yard.
