Nice room in a shared apartment with only girls. A total of five rooms. The room features a bed (90cm) including pillow and duvet, a wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and a separate restroom (toilette). The deposit amounts to two months rent . Neither smoking nor pets are permitted.
This room is located in the 10th district in the Inzersdorferstraße. It is in proximity to the U1 metro stop Reumannplatz, three minutes walking from the tram line 6 stop Quellenstraße/Bernahrdtstalgasse and one minute walking from the busline 7A stop Inzersdf. Str./Bernhardtstalg.
Moving out of this room is only possible at the end of the months of August, September or February.
The rental contract will be limited to three years, but a cancellation for your desired booking period will have to be signed together with the contract during the booking process. If you wish to move-out earlier a two-months cancellation period applies and the move-out months need to be considered.
