On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room connected to the kitchen and dining area – an ideal space for cooking together and spending time. From the living room, you can step directly onto the terrace and relax in the fresh air. Next to the kitchen, there is a toilet, and wooden stairs lead to the first floor, where you will find two charming rooms, each with a private bathroom (shower and toilet).
The cottage offers full equipment to make the stay especially comfortable for our Guests: bed linen and towels, Smart TV, oven, electric stove, fridge with small freezer, washing machine (built into the kitchen), Nespresso coffee machine with a set of capsules, electric kettle, toaster, unique grill with smoking function.
The house has been carefully insulated and additionally soundproofed, ensuring exceptional peace and quiet inside. In addition, fast internet and a printer available to Guests allow for comfortable remote work.
Guests also have access to three bicycles, perfect for relaxed rides – for example, to the shop in Windischgarsten. This is a place designed for rest in a peaceful environment, with comforts that make the stay truly enjoyable.
