Summary: The first thing that I would like to stress is how hardworking, friendly and helpful the staff was in spite of quite clearly being understaffed. I had upgraded from a single bunk to a private room upon arrival as I was quite ill and didn't want to infect others. On my second day there was no wifi available or heating and did contact the manager (owner ) as encouraged to do so with signage in my room. No response at all and it has now been 10 days later. I decided to check out and forfeit my third day's reservation cost. Will not recommend this particular hostel chain. It should be noted that I ran a hostel myself and service and communication were the keys to success.
