Positive: Exceptional fittings in the appartment, beds made upon arrival, friendly and communicative hosts. Sound-proof, really quiet and relaxing. Apparently the whole apartment block was busy, but we didn’t here a sound from neighbours or even family members in different rooms. TVs in every room, luxurious disco lights (optional) in modern shower. Natural materials, stone and wood. Lovely patio and outdoor sitting or lounging area, outdoor fireplace and bbq. Interesting diagonal lift to 9th floor. Built on a slope in the woods with direct access to slopes on skis (when there is enough snow). Garage parking space with trolley to manoeuvre luggage. Amazing views of landscape on bus ride from Chur. Easy to get to from Zurich with direct train to Chur and connecting post buses.

Negative: The weather? But that’s pushing it and not something the resort can control.

Summary: Relaxing, high quality infrastructure in beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended any time of year
