Positive: 4 of us spent 2 weeks at this apartment and overall we had a very good experience. Very clean, safe, spacious, well equipped with a very modern bathroom with washing machine. 20 mins walk to the Balaton and shops. Also in a very quiet location. Finally a nice gesture from the owner leaving us homegrown tomatoes and paprika which we enjoyed.

Negative: 1 improvement suggestion would be the beds in the 3 bedrooms, which were old fashioned and very hard which is not to everyone's liking. Finally the aircon usage was chargeable, which was not shown in the description when booking & the rate was too high at EUR 1.00 / kwh - which is at least 6x the cost of electricity price. So it would be worth making sure that this is highlighted in the property description and the chargeable rate should be reduced to a fairer price.

Summary: Very nice stay at the apartment.
