Positive: The apartment is clean and tidy, but accessing it is not easy because it is located among other buildings. There is no private parking for unloading luggage, and the navigation system does not lead directly to the address—you need to stop and ask for directions to find the building. The air conditioning is quite small and takes time to cool the room, while opening the window causes noise due to street traffic. Despite these issues, the location is convenient because of its proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Considering its size and the lack of breakfast, parking, and additional services, the price is quite high.

Negative: There is no free parking available, yet the apartment appears as if parking is available when searching.
