Summary: First, I'd like to thank you for having this space, where we can share our impressions and protect the unwary. Everything I've described below is intended as constructive criticism. The lack of cordiality and poor communication sum up my perception of this place! Since everything is done virtually, good communication is essential. The host doesn't respond to emails, doesn't answer calls…! When messages are sent, they're standard. If you're staying at this place, be aware that nothing can go wrong; otherwise, it's difficult to resolve with the owner. Not to mention other details like a four-burner stove that only works, no dish sponge, no dish towel… etc. I don't know if the owner can come here to explain with pre-written phrases that it's good to have this feedback… In any case, I honestly don't believe that, as it's in his nature; he just transmits this personality to his customer service.
