Positive: I came for a ski vacation with my two daughters. The apartment is within walking distance of the cable car, where we also rented our ski equipment and a storage locker for it. This made the walk easy, though I imagine it would have been a bit more challenging if we had to carry our gear and wear ski boots. The apartment itself is quiet and comfortable, with a cozy living room and a fireplace that can be lit. The kitchen is well-equipped, and overall, we had a great experience. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was convenient, and he was always available for any inquiries.

Negative: There was a gap between my expectations and what I considered to be basic amenities, which the host did not find reasonable. This started with my own mistake—I didn’t notice that the apartment does not have WiFi. It is mentioned on the website, but if you’re reading my review, make sure you don’t miss this detail. Beyond that, I was surprised by a few things that were not listed in the description. There was no soap or shampoo for the shower, and when the dish soap ran out, the host did not see a reason to refill it. This extended even to toilet paper, there was only half a roll for a one-week stay, and the host simply told us to buy more ourselves. Additionally, we had an issue with a clogged kitchen sink. When I reached out for assistance, there was no intention to send a professional to fix it. Instead, the host suggested that I buy a drain cleaner for €4, promising to reimburse me in some way. In the end, I cleared the clog myself, but dealing with plumbing issues wasn’t exactly how I envisioned my vacation. As for the sleeping arrangements, the double bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable, but the bunk beds were just okay—small and very soft. Another important thing to note is the hot water situation. After a full day of skiing, you’ll want to shower quickly, as the small water heater under the sink does not provide enough hot water for long showers or more than three short ones. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and our stay at the apartment, but there is definitely room for improvement
