Storage space is available at the entrance. There is also a separate toilet and a technical room with washing machine and dryer (free). On the first floor, the entrance is from the garages through a small hall, storage space (also for skis and shoes) and a play area. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and TV, a second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed. Both suites have access to the terrace and the garden. A last small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200), a large bathroom (WC, washbasin, Italian shower), a second bathroom with double washbasin, Italian shower, and a separate WC are also on this floor.Two indoor and three outdoor garage spaces are available.During the summer months, a magnificent south-facing private garden will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
