Beautiful private villa with swimming pool very peacefully located near Recco on the Ligurian coast, Italy.
The Villa Vescina accommodates comfortably 8 people in 4 bedrooms (300 m²):
- On the main floor is a spacious and charming veranda with large wooden table and sitting area, kitchen, living room with TV, couches and open fireplace, and bathroom with shower.
- On the first floor is a bedroom with double bed and TV, bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub. These 2 bedrooms have air conditioning.
- Accessed from the pool area (no internal connection from the house) is a wellness room with sauna and gym equipment. Further on this floor is also a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a large bedroom with double bed (see rental notes below), table and TV.
This marvelous country house is situated in a private garden (1500 m²) containing olive and chestnut trees. There is a spacious terrace with pleasant views of the surrounding countryside. The large swimming pool (4x8m) is perfect for taking a cooling dip during the hot summer months and features a shaded terrace where you can lay back and relax in the chairs and sun loungers. To top it off there is an outdoor Jacuzzi to unwind at the end of the day.
This vacation villa ‘Villa Vescina’ is located in a very green and tranquil position. The charming seafront town of Recco is 6 km away (part of the Paradise Bay) with a popular beach and shops and restaurants. Recco is known as the gastronomical capital of the Italian Riviera, famous for its mouth-watering focaccia with cheese. It has an central location around the Portofino Park from where you can discover the beautiful Ligurian coastline: from the lively city of Genova to the picturesque villages and beautiful beaches at Camogli, Portofino, Sestri Levante and Cinque Terre.

Note:
- The lower floor can be accessed only from the outside. One of the bedrooms is composed of a sofabed but a proper mattress will be placed on top making it a normal double bed.
- Swimming pool approximately open from mid-May to end September; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
