Divisible into two parts: a main chalet with, at ground level, a stunning vaulted reception room with two fire places and stone floors, exceptional views and access to a large garden, two dining areas ideal for large gatherings, a master bedroom floor with media entertainment room, and further bedrooms on the top floor (total number of beds sleeping six people). Large garden and beautiful terrace for summer barbeques and many balconies for winter sun.
The second part, the lower ground floor has a spacious two bedroom apartment with beds to accommodate up to six people, two bathrooms (one en-suite) as well as a beautiful custom made sauna, living room with a fireplace and open plan kitchen and access to its own terrace and garden. The village has an unrivalled position in the Alps being located close to the pleasant rolling pastures and forests whilst enjoying breathtaking views due south on to the highest mountains of the Mont Blanc area which receive magnificent plays of light at both sunrise and sunset. Winter is beautiful, as is the Summer. The autumn colours are special too.
