You will be able to cool down and relax at the fantastic private chlorine pool which sizes 7 x 3 meters and has a depth that goes from 1.2 to 2 meters. You can also prepare delicious meats and vegetables with the barbecue. You can sunbathe on the solarium terrace. There is an outside bathroom with shower next to the pool. The building is within the town, with direct neighbours and total privacy.The house meets you in an impressive and rustic living - dining room, with TV-sat, DVD and CD players and wood stove. There are two sofas in the annexed room. The kitchen, with a ceramic top, is located in a glazed room with BBQ. Then, you'll find 2 bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and an en-suite with a tub and a shower, and the other has a bunk bed and the folded bed for the extra guest. The rooms of this house present a ceiling fan and heating by wall radiators. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, located in the BBQ kitchen. If you travel with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.Llubí is a little village at the centre of the island, ideal to explore Majorca. There are many routes and paths to go on foot or by bycicleand it's only 20 minutes away by car from the nearest beach, Can Picafort. You will find supermarkets, vegetable shops, restaurants and cafes in Llubí, so that you can have an independent stay.. Palma, the capital of the island, is only 35 minutes away by car.There is private parking in front of the house for 1 car.There is a garage to store up to 8 bicycles with self-repair service.Pets are not allowed.
