It stands in the front row of houses in an open south-facing position with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountain ranges (San Salvatore, Monte Generoso etc.) The flat is 58 m2 in size.
The living room is rustic with a beamed ceiling and fireplace, the bedroom has real stucco decorations; the kitchen and shower are new and modern.
