CHALET KULM is located about 70 km north of Klagenfurt on the edge of the mountain village Kulm. At an altitude of 1000 m in approx. 400 m distance from some farmhouses (village Kulm) stands the old wooden farmhouse. In 2003, the chalet was rebuilt down to the outer beams and equipped with contemporary technology. Six ski areas can be discovered in the area.
The chalet is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many fruit trees. Vorgebaut is a large sun terrace for the sufficient chairs, tables and a Gasheizpilz are available. Of course, a barbecue for the summer evenings and a corresponding fondue dishes for the winter evenings (cheese and meat) is available.
The driveway (about 400 meters) is cleared of snow in winter every day.
On a total of three floors offers the romantic, topp renovated wooden house enough space quiet days, evenings of several people.
