Positive: The house was really nice, it perfectly matched what we were looking for. Clean, in good condition, with a nice big kitchen and hang out area. There were enough bathrooms for our big family (6 adults and 2 kids). The view of the mountains was beautiful and the walk to the gondola was 5 minutes.

Negative: We were not given an exact address prior to arrival. The login info for the belvilla website did not work. We literally had to hunt down the house in the city (based on a photo) and there we found a phone number to call. Then we found out we needed to retrieve the keys in a nearby hotel. This was absolutely ridiculous and after an 8 hour drive with children, was far from ideal. For the very high amount of money we paid for this property rental, a bit more personal service would be nice. If this process were improved and the price adjusted, we would stay here again. The only other thing we didn't like was that some of the beds were a bit worn out and super creaky. Again, for the amount of money we paid, this should be better. The ad was also misleading, saying that the entire house was ours, which it was not. There was an upstairs that was vacant, but it would have been a different experience with another family upstairs, potentially making noise.
