This modern chalet comfortably accommodates up to 6 people over 2 floors of living space with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor of the chalet is a delightful entertainment space composed of an open plan kitchen, living & dining area. The room opens out onto a south-facing patio area and garden, offering panoramic mountain views.

The second floor leads onto the 4 bedrooms. Each of the 4 bedrooms is beautifully furnished and well-appointed. The sleeping arrangements consist of two double bedrooms on the upper floor along with the 2 single bedrooms, and an open plan mezzanine above. The mezzanine can be reached from a ladder in each of the single bedrooms. The chalet's top floor also features a family bathroom.

The chalet is accessed by a set of steps that lead directly to the front door and ski storage room. The chalet benefits from one parking spot in front of the chalet.

Situated on the outskirts of La Tzoumaz, the chalet is about a 30 min walk from the central amenities and the ski lifts. Quick access to the center of the village is possible using the free bus which runs through the village, the bus stop is at the start of the road.

- The chalet is located along Impasse des Crus: It is a 5 min drive from the center of La Tzoumaz. From the chalet, it is a 30-minute walk or 7-minutes drive to the main ski lifts at La Tzoumaz.
- The communal access road to the chalets in this area is steep in places and access is by 4-wheel drive with snow tires and/or snow chains can be required in the winter.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible at a fee of CHF 50,- .
- If you would like to bring a dog, it will be a CHF 75,- cleaning fee.
