One bathroom has a toilet, shower, washbasin, washing machine and hairdryer, the other has a shower and a washbasin. The toilet is in the guest WC next to it. Each room has heating and underfloor heating, so the accommodation is also pleasant in winter.
The nearest grocery shop and various bars, clubs, restaurants are just 4km away. It is just a ten-minute walk to Ossiacher See, where you can swim. You can see it from the accommodation. You can go on a bike tour around the lake and make use of the recreational activities at Ossiacher See. It is 15 minutes to the cable car to Gerlitzen and just 25 minutes to Villach. It is an hour’s drive to the top ski resorts of the Alps such as Nassfeld, Kranjska Gora and Bad Kleinkirchheim. It is a two-hour drive to the sea in Slovenia or Italy.
