Our farm is located completely alone in 1200 m above sea level in the climatic spa town Fresach on the sunny southern slope of the Weltenberg Mirnocks with a magnificent view of the Carinthian mountains. Chickens, bees and sheep at the farm, the latter in the summer on the surrounding pastures. Our dog Hektor is still very playful, but that will surely set soon. It is about 12 km to the Millstättersee, the next inn, the go-cart track, the amusement park and a Buschenschenke with petting animals are within a few minutes drive. Due to the central location, approx. 28 km to Villach and Spittal there are numerous excursion possibilities. Because of the peace and freedom, our farm is the right place for families with children and for those seeking relaxation. Our house is also visited by friendly families and groups. Hiking and biking possible from the house. You reach our local mountain Mirnock on the Gemeinschaftsalm with managed hut in about 2.5 hours walk and then enjoy a magnificent view over our beautiful country. In front of the house is a large lawn, for the children there is a swing and a table tennis table. A cozy seating area with barbecue facilities is also available. Enough parking at the yard. The guests have two apartments available. The price includes towels and bed linen, please bring your own bath towels, no additional costs. Pets on request! Hiking tours on site!
If snow conditions permit, you can ski in the winter from the house on our mountain Mirnock. It is 26 km to the ski lifts and 25 km to the thermal baths. Good winter tires and carrying snow chains is appropriate.
The apartment is located in the 1. Floor of the house and has a large kitchen with living area, satellite TV, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker etc .. A nice bathroom with shower and toilet with window, and a bedroom with 2 beds is located in the apartment. Here is enough space for an extra bed, we are happy to provide a baby bed. If required, there are two more bedrooms with cold and hot water at the entrance of the apartment directly opposite and with a toilet and bathroom.
