The cottage "Gravijo" is located on Dümmer lake in Mecklenburg in a holiday home complex. The facility is idyllically located in a nature reserve, conveniently located about 18km from the state capital Schwerin and about 15 km from the motorway junction Wittenburg (A24). It is fenced and secured by an electrically operated gate. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake. The path from the house to the lake (swimming / sunbathing area with sandy beach) is only 60m. There are also the boat and fishing jetties. The 7 km long lake is a great area for anglers and due to the good water quality also a great lake, even for the smallest guests. The house was rebuilt in 2005, 2013 newly renovated inside and in 2017 was added a second bedroom and remodeling the exterior. It offers with its 55 square meters of living space for up to 6 people. With the view of the lake starts the vacation and the relaxation. The approximately 27sqm large wooden terrace is equipped with beach chair and sofa. A second stone terrace with gazebo is located behind the house. Furthermore, there is a parking space on the property, an outdoor fireplace, a fire basket and a large sun lounger. The decor of the house leaves nothing to be desired, whether toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave or other electrical appliances, everything is available. The living room has a sofa bed and with TV invites you to linger. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The newly added bedroom is bright and friendly and equipped with a day bed. Modern shower room with window incl. Hairdryer available.
