Positive: The location is excellent, with a supermarket and parking just steps away, which made things very convenient. The kitchen and amenities are well-equipped for those who prefer to cook their own meals. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortably accommodates four or more people. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient option.

Negative: Check-in Experience: After a long drive of over five hours, my family and I were eager to check in and rest. Even though we had provided all the necessary details in advance for the check-in process, we did not receive the key code ahead of time. Upon our arrival, we had to find a way to connect to the internet (since we have German SIM cards), and only then was it communicated that a deposit was required. After completing the deposit process online, we finally received the key code. Altogether, this check-in process took close to one hour. Travelling with a 2.5-year-old child, this delay was especially difficult and disappointing. Apartment Identification: On arrival, we also encountered confusion finding the right apartment. Since there are two apartments on each floor, and there was no apartment number or identifier on the door, it was hard to know which one was ours. I recommend clearly labeling each apartment door to improve the arrival experience. Noise Issues: Our stay was over a weekend, and unfortunately, we experienced significant noise disturbances. The apartment directly above ours (which I believe is also part of Swiss Stay) had guests who were smoking and playing loud music until 3 am. Despite several polite requests, the noise did not stop. This greatly affected our sleep and overall health, especially since we were travelling with elderly family members.

Summary: Comfortable Apartment, but Check-In Hassles and Noise Disturbances Affected Our Stay
