The apartment The "Art Collection" deluxe studio is located in the historic old town of Stein an der Donau, very close to the Danube Private University. It has a room that consists of a lockable kitchen, wardrobe, dining table, seating area, king-size bed and air conditioning. The bathroom is very bright and is located right next to the bedroom, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Steiner Landstrasse. Stein an der Donau is a very beautiful district of Krems an der Donau and, as the name suggests, is located directly on the Danube, which invites you to swim and sunbathe on the Danube beach or to practice water sports. There are great restaurants and wine taverns in the vicinity, such as the popular Italian Firenze or the Wellenspiel, which is known for its extensive deluxe breakfast.

The bathroom with rain shower and hand shower is directly adjacent to the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with Rituals shower essentials, a hairdryer and towels.

the car park There is a free short-term parking zone in the old town of Stein. The maximum parking time is 3 hours. This must be proven with a parking meter. A parking meter, as a gift from us, is already waiting for you in the apartment.
From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. you can park for free and without a parking meter. If you set it to 08:00 the day before, then you can comfortably stay there until 11:00.

Those who come from the Danube walk across the town hall square past the Johannes Nepomuk monument and the baroque town hall along Steiner Landstrasse - past the Krems art gallery, the caricature museum and the Und monastery - to the Steiner Tor. This is the only one of the four Krems city gates that has survived and is decorated with inscriptions and coats of arms. This is where the old town of Krems begins with the Upper and Lower Landstrasse, which has been the main axis of the city since the Middle Ages.
