Positive: Really nice big room, plenty of space for my dogs. Great shower and great WiFi. Despite location close to motorway room was extremely quiet. Plenty of parking and convenient to hotel. Really impressed with very quick reply to all my questions re pet policy and booking in process. Hotel felt very safe, despite automated check in. Card needed to access lift for rooms. Coffee machine a nice touch.

Negative: The tiny, tiny rubbish bin! I gave up and just took liner out and put rubbish in it. You take door card out electric point when leaving room-so if dark outside no light in room! So check where door is before removing card! On entry the room lights up before need to 'plug in' card-maybe same for when leaving??
