Positive: Big apartment with comfortable beds. And a functional chimney (if you got woods). It was warm, had hot water and a functional kitchen. The pictures of the rooms are real. You have plenty of space in the apartment and 2 baths. Has a nice patio and a great view, if you like roofs. :)

Negative: The building is not inhabited and the apartment is on to of the building. There is no light on stairs and the elevator is not functional. One of the windowed doors to outside terrace didn't fully closed and we had to cover that. Wi-fi is available only if you buy it from local phone company Telekom Magenta. No microwave. The carpet and a couch were with stains on them. And we received a wrong key code. And they don't answer the phone after 21:00 Lucklily for us we got it by guess. :)

Summary: It did it's job!
