Welcome to this wonderful villa with private pool, locate on the outskirts of Son Carrió and with capacity for 8 guests.
This villa features a fantastic chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5 metres and with a water depth that ranges from 0.9 to 2.65 metres. There also is a round children pool with a diameter of 2 metres and a water depth of 0.5 metres. The exterior shower is perfect to cool down after sunbathing on one of the 12 sun loungers. In addition, there is a great lawn area surrounding the pool and the house that includes a natural pond, which is ideal to enjoy a nice walk while admiring the landscape. Finally there are two furnished porches that invite to enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and privacy is total.The two-storey house highlights thanks to its rustic style made of stone. At the entrance you will be welcomed by a comfortable living room where you can watch the TV-Sat and you will love the character of the space thanks to the decorative wood stove. The spacious dining kitchen features a gas cooktop, a bar with stools and a fireplace. You will find a bathtub bathroom and two bedrooms with a double bed each that complete this floor. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, both with a double bed, an independent furnished terrace and an en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms has independent shower and tub (not jetted) and the other only has a bath. The 4 bedrooms have a fan and a closet. The house is equipped with central heating for the winter season. A baby cot and high-chair also are available. Finally, the utility room features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.Son Carrió is a little town belonging to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, located very near the gorgeous Sa Coma and S'Illot beaches, and Son Servera Pula Golf. Despite it is small, you will find all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay, and a bus stop. We recommend you visit Manacor city which only is 9 km away, and it's known for its furniture industry. At the centre, you can do some shopping or try the Majorcan typical food at one of the excellent restaurants. The coast area is full of idyllic coves, like Cala Mendía, Cala Magrana or Cala Romantica or Porto Cristo beach, with its fine sand and crystal-clear water.
