Summary: Stay was good great service but to be told its not possible to have an invoice / check out but to be able to go back to my room to brush my teeth / finishing packing I find really bizzare - every other hotel manages this. Then for the access to the floor, with the room car not opening the security doors needs improving. I had to go up and down to reception 3 times and only the third time with the master key could we access the security door to the corridors!
