Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very nice room located in the center of Kempten.

Negative: Check-in is really complicated and nobody was helpful. To do your check-in, you have to go to the reception of the main hotel, which is located more or less 10 minutes away (if you walk). I tried to call the number written in the hall of the house where my room was but the person on the phone was really rude and did not help me at all.

Summary: Nice location in Kempten but awkward check-in
