The right cost of the lake, with the wineries of the Lavaux build the view. Opposite of the house is the hill “Kublis” with the village “Les Avant” at the bottom. The trains MOB Montreux – Oberland Bernois goes along the mountain, towards Gstaad and Zweisimmen. The lights of the harbor of Ouchy (Lausanne) shine in the night time. The view is limited by the Jura in the back. The Alps f Savoy with Gramont, that has snow cover until June, lies in the south west. The tallest ski resort of Europe is located behind that mountain. There is a Granit stone table for 8 people on the terrace.
