Summary: BED SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED WHEN ASKED I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT!! I HAD EVIDENCE SO I KNOW THEY WEREN'T CHANGED I DIDN'T MIND CHANGING THEM BUT FOR A GUEST TO HAVE TO CHANGE THEM IS 100% WRONG EVEN IF I WAS OFFERED HELP ITS NOT THE POINT BUT THIS WAS THE CLEANING CREWS FAULT NOT THE FRONT DESK A GUEST SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHANGE THE SHEETS!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS ALSO LIGHTS WERE OUT IN MY ROOM TOTAL DARKNESS FUSE BLEW OR SOMETHING AND THE DAY BEFORE THE BATHROOM LIGHT WENT OUT WHEN USUNG HAIRDRYER THEY FIXED THAT TOO WHEN I GOT BACK AFTER BEING OUT ALL DAY NOT A BIG DEAL THEY QUICKLY FIXED THE ISSUE HOTEL IS FAR FROM THE CITY CENTER BUT THERE IS A TRAM RIGHT OUTSIDE SO THATS VERY CONVENIENT TO TAKE TO A MAIN METRO STATION PROS NICE HELPFUL RECEPTION CLEAN AREA
