Positive: We had a great stay in a calm and beautiful environment. The apartment was modern and well-equipped – everything we needed was there. The surroundings are peaceful, with no disturbing noise or crowds anywhere, which made it perfect for relaxation. We especially enjoyed being in the castle garden – it gave the whole place a unique atmosphere, with lots of greenery all around. The swimming pool was also a highlight: clean, high-quality, and never overcrowded.

Negative: Due to unusually cold summer weather (12–15°C), we requested heating – which was listed among the apartment’s amenities. Unfortunately, the heating didn’t work. A portable heater was left outside our door later that day, which solved the issue. However, after our departure, the host messaged us asking what the heater was and whether we had left it there. This left us wondering: if the host didn’t arrange it, who did – and what would’ve happened if nobody had helped? Communication throughout the stay was confusing and inconsistent. It happened in three different languages, often with ungrammatical and unclear messages, which made things unnecessarily complicated. We never saw the host in person, and the overall tone of the communication gave the impression that guest satisfaction was not a priority. It felt like there was very little effort to make us feel welcome or cared for. The apartment listing also mentioned a washing machine, but there was none inside. We didn’t ask about it since we didn’t need it during our stay, but for guests who do, it’s worth checking in advance. Parking was another minor inconvenience. The designated parking spot was a 3–4 minute walk from the apartment. While we were allowed to briefly park near the entrance for loading and unloading, it’s not the most convenient setup.
