Positive: The quality of the property and the facilities were of a very high standard. The apartment was well equipped with modern appliances etc. The location was superb - quiet, peaceful and a short walk to the lift station. Many lovely local walks feasible, particularly since the property is so close to the river. Being able to use the blackout shutters also very beneficial.

Negative: The heating had a very low amount of adjustment, making the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms quite cold. The kitchen was very warm and the main room we spent time, hence not an issue from our perspective. Externally it was very dark when we arrived and there was no automatic lighting. This made it difficult to approach the apartment and unload. Additional automatic lighting would be beneficial for the lengthy winter evenings. There is no oven, hence any cooking needs to make use of the microwave/ hob.

Summary: Great location in Oetz and very comfortable for a short stay!
