Core of this exquisitely furnished vacation house (built in 1648) is the well stocked traditional eat-in kitchen with its large fireplace. Ceramic hob, dishwasher and other mod cons are available. During the warm summer months, most of the time is spent in the romantic courtyard. The 15 metres deep well is safeguarded with a grating. The master bedroom offers a romantic view of Intragna's church tower. The bath tub of the granite bathroom resembles a sculpture, whilst the round shower tray of the white marble bathroom is deep enough to sit and relax in. Hidden behind a mirrored door are the tumble dryer and washing machine. The library with its chaises longues and fireplace invites you to relax and listen to some CDs. In the sunny upstairs hallway you will find a TV and DVD player. Each morning the baker sells his bread at the village well and jokes with the housewives. That's the genuine Ticino! The house is a three minutes walk from the cristal-clear river, where you can swim.
