Your accommodation is located in an alpine guesthouse, on a beautiful high plateau in the Lammertal at 880 m above sea level between Annaberg and Abtenau. Away from street noise and bustle, enjoy the wonderful peace and alpine air to breathe.
All family apartments are spread over two floors and offer living comfort including their own balcony. In the middle of the rose garden, relax after a swim in the swimming pool the sun loungers and enjoy the wonderful peace and idyll.
In the morning you can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast buffet as an option, largely with on-site agricultural produce. A fruit basket and water greet you on arrival. The guesthouse also has a panoramic sun terrace with sun loungers, a pool in the garden, an organic sauna, an infrared cable, a ski storage room and ski boot warmer, and a fitness room. The playing lawn and playground, including a trampoline and a small animal zoo, will delight children.
Please note that in winter, snow chains may be needed during heavy snowfall.
The house is located directly on the mountain bike trail Dachstein-West. The village center as well as our ski area Dachstein-West (where also our Schistar Marcel Hirscher Schifahren learned) from Annaberg can be reached in 5 minutes by car (5 km). In summer you can reach the surrounding lakes in just 40 minutes by car and the scenic Hallstatt with its picturesque town center and the Gosausee and the Gosaukammbahn can be reached in just half an hour.
Apartment for up to two adults and two children
A hallway with a bench and cloakroom area leads to the other rooms. You will immediately notic the warm décor of the rooms, in natural tones, where you will feel at home and enjoy modern comfort. The renovation took place in 2014. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an induction hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. The bedroom provides a modern bed (180 x 200cm) and two bedside tables. The wardrobe provides ample space for your clothing and there is also satellite TV. There is an additional single sofa bed measuring 80 x 200cm. You can sit at the dining table in the living room, or make yourselves comfortable in the cosy sitting corner with a fold-out sofa bed (180 x200cm), watching satellite TV. The modern bathroom provides everything you need, including a walk-in shower, hairdryer, mirror and towel radiator. The WC is in a separate room. The accommodation has under-floor heating. Free wireless Internet access is available.
Enjoy the fresh air and nature from your balcony. There is plenty of parking space in front of the guest house.
