The flat is in Casaccia, in Bregaglia Valley just 15 km from st moritz. The apartment is 75 mq, based on the ground floor in a 3 floor building. There are 2 entrance to the flat, the main one is from the back side of the building with direct acces with lift from the heating garage where we have one car-place avaible. The other entrance is from the front of the building with the acces on a big terrace just next to the propriety garden with children games. in the flat there are 3 sleeping room (one with double bed + single sofa bed and the other two with castle bed - one on another -, 2 toilets each one with wc and shower, living room with kitchen (dish wash included) and double sofa bed. The heating is independent and electrics. The furniture is Engadin style all in wood. Next to the garage there are the community laundry with washing and dry machines. We leave at disposal 2 mountain bike .
