A splendid chalet in a panoramic and quiet position, a true paradise.
You will have an entire house at your disposal, a new environment, tastefully furnished and equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, wood stove, sauna, flat screen TV and free wifi.
Two double bedrooms with balcony overlooking the landscape, one with two bunk beds, two bathrooms and a toilet, large living room with windows on the large terrace, three covered parking spaces.
The wonderful terrace enjoys the sun all day, you can relax on the sofas or have lunch while admiring the view.
In winter, in case of snow, it is advisable to arrive with 4x4 cars or snow chains on board. The Brunnach cable car, the ski school and bars and restaurants are about 300 meters away.
We sell skipass in winter ( included special deals like Family E..... and Ski Wellness), and Kärnten Card in summer. In summer you can buy the "Kärnten Card", a special card that allows you to have free access to the main attractions of the region. In winter we can offer many special offers for ski passes, such as ski + spa, "Familien Eu" or "Ski-Thermen-Wochen" (special rates including a ski pass and a 50% discount on the Römerbad spa).
The city tax of 2.6per person / night (adults only) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash at check-in. We welcome our guests to our office in the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Dorfstrsee 49, and after completing the registration we accompany them home to illustrate all the small details of the house.
