This beautiful, quietly situated holiday flat is located in the landlord's house in Gressow, a small village between Grevesmühlen and Wismar, not far from the B 105.
Several sandy beaches on the Baltic Sea are approx. 15 min. car journey.
A terrace with garden furniture is located in front of the entrance to the flat with a view of the garden. There is private parking on the property.
It has a total floor area of 49 m², which is divided over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large eat-in kitchen, which is equipped with a fitted kitchen including fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. A seating area in the living area can be converted into a sofa bed. The separate hallway leads to the upper floor.
