Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower, 2 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine. Separate toilet 2 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the 10 sqm balcony. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Zempin (seaside resort). The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Charging electric cars at the holiday property is not allowed. The house is exclusively available for rental through Holiday Home and is not used by the owner. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
