This large, detached holiday home for a maximum of 8 people is located in a central, sunny location on the main road to Leogang in Salzburgerland, approx. 3 km from the town center and directly in the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area.

Alternatively, the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See offers 77 kilometers of pistes and with the season starting in October, you can expect 61 kilometers of pistes in the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.
