On the ground floor shower room and separate toilet, in the basement another toilet with sink. Very nice conservatory. In the park-like garden a brick patio with outdoor fireplace and garden furniture for 8 people. The house is also in bad weather, which happens in Schleswig-Holstein quite ;-), ideal to live in and offers plenty of space with cozy corners to read or relax!
