Our homey and cozy holiday house ist located in the heart of the famous Salzkammergut - this wildly romantic Austrian region of mountains and lakes - in the calm village Ebensee on the southern shores of Lake Traunsee, on a sunny and quiet south-facing slopen near the trail to the Great Sonnstein, in front of the family skiing and hiking resort Feuerkogel, with great view to the Langbathtal valley and the mountain Feuerkogel.The holiday house can accomodate 6-8 persons and has a total living area of approximately 200m2.It has a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue and a garden. The ground floor has a spacious living-kitchen, a living room with sofa-bed, a bathroom with shower, bath and a separate toilet. From the kitchen you can access the 16m2 large balcony made of local larch with a great view of the Langbathtal Valley and the mountain Feuerkogel. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace-storage stove, 3 bed rooms and a toilet.The house ist not barrier-free. It cannot be reached by car, the last 80m to the house you can reach on foot via a short staircase and a footpath. In winter there is no snow removal there.
