Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location on the outskirts of 7554 Sent.
The 4 1/2-rooms can accommodate 4-6 persons. In. 1 Floor is the spacious, modern kitchen, a cozy, sunny living room, the pantry and guest toilet. In the attic are two double rooms, each with an extra bed, a gallery with a comfortable sofa as a TV room and the spacious bathroom with two sinks, shower and toilet.

In the modern kitchen is a dining table which can accommodate up to eight people. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, egg cooker, large fridge with freezer and of course a raclette and fondue dishes.
A soapstone stove offers at any time additional cozy warmth.
Both bedrooms each contain an oversize, massive double bed and a single bed. Bed linen, towels, bath towels and kitchen towels are included in the price.
The garage in the basement has space for two cars. The laundry room also serves as a ski room and there is a washing machine and now also a tumble dryer available.
I am Engadine and grew up in Sent and have set up my holiday home accordingly and my entire family is here on vacation.
The view of the mountains is not only wonderful from the balcony. Balcony furniture, sun loungers and parasols are at your disposal. In addition, you will find a barbecue area next to the house in summer. A charcoal grill will be charged for a deposit of 30, - sFr. borrowed, in long drought but not.
The 11 km long "dream piste" from Motta Naluns to Sent ends above the house, where there is also a magic carpet for the little ones nearby.
The bus stop (connection to Scuol (in winter free ski bus every 30 minutes) can be reached in a maximum of 5 minutes walk. This bus will take you everywhere, and especially to the 4 km distant train station in Scuol, where the valley station of the mountain railway Motta Naluns is located.
Sent offers a lot for the whole year: in winter, skiers, snowboarders and ski tour fans and at summer hikers, mountaineers and bikers get their money's worth.
For families with children there are various themed trails and in Sur En (hamlet of Sent) a rope park. The playground and sports field at the other end of the village makes children's hearts beat faster.
