This holiday home is located in Umhausen in the heart of the Ötztal and just a few kilometres north of Sölden, Gurgl and the Hochoetz-Küthai ski area.
The Ban Brösign holiday home has a total living area of 220m2 and a 100m2 fenced garden. On the ground floor there is an Ötztal parlour with an original Ötztal farmhouse stove and large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area as well as a separate WC.
On the first floor there is a spacious triple room with TV and a double room as well as a bathroom with bath and shower (two separate washbasins) and a separate WC.
On the 2nd floor there are two double rooms with TV and balcony and a triple room with bunk bed and single bed as well as a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate WC.
The newly built basement with a spacious play cave with table tennis and a lounge with seating and TV also offers a fitness room with cross trainer and a training station and infrared cabin.
A ski storage room including ski boot dryer and a washing machine are of course available in the house.
There is a fenced garden right next to the house. Barbecue facilities (charcoal grill) available.
In the garden there is a large covered dining area and play equipment for the youngest guests and deckchairs. There is a car park right next to the house.
Thanks to the excellent location in the centre of the Ötztal, you can quickly reach all the sights. The Hochoetz-Küthai, Sölden and Gurgl ski areas can be reached in a few minutes by car or with the free ski bus.
The Stuibenfall - Tyrol's largest waterfall is a 30-minute walk away.
The Ban Brösign holiday home is also a partner of the Summer Card. This card is already included in the holiday price (valid from the end of May to the beginning of October) and
offers many advantages (mountain lifts, bus, admission to swimming pools and bathing lakes, admission to museums, Aqua Dome (2x in spring and autumn), Area47 (1x admission) included) in the entire Ötztal.
The Ban Brösign holiday home is equipped with a "play height": with a play kitchen, Lego Duplo, various games, books, colouring materials, Baby Björn, stacking stones, table tennis and darts. In the garden you will find a sandpit, playhouse and a small climbing frame.
In our "Erlebnisstodl" - adventure.experience.realm. you will find a creative room for handicrafts and painting, a gymnastics world with bouldering area and a play room with Playmobil and Lego. (for children from 0 - 8 years). In the lower area there is a small indoor area for gymnastics, playing football or a game of table tennis. The Erlebnisstodl is not automatically included and must be booked in advance for a fee.
Just a few minutes' walk from the Ban Brösign holiday home is our private, small playing field, which invites you to play football and exercise. A ground trampoline and a playground with playhouse, slide tower and sandpit invite our guests to play. (this area may be used by our guests in Landhaus Waldhart and holiday homes Ban Brösign and Ferienhaus Tirol)
Our ponies Sissi & Maya, the rabbits Misa & Leandro and the guinea pigs Madonna & Knut also live right next door and can be visited under supervision.
The village centre with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities is approx. 200 metres away.
