Our guests SAFE up to 8 EUR PER DAY on the daily public transportation cost - because you don't need it when staying with us, you can walk to all the main sights! It is the only hostel on the official Vienna city center map, closest to all sights within walking distance, check the map!

Payment:
Reservations with invalid, declined, and/or expired credit cards will be invalidated, especially virtual third-party credit cards by Revolut, MB-way, or similar, if payment is declined the booking will be invalid. You must have enough funds to guarantee the full remaining balance NOT just the deposit that you paid online. You need a guaranteed bed, we need a guaranteed payment - it's fair and simple.
DORM ROOMS:
Unless you book a private room, you are not guaranteed to stay together. We always try to allocate groups in the same room but this is not always possible.
Also, the pictures may show a 4-bed dorm room with the option to book it as a twin room and/or private single room, this is because the system allows you to book the same room from multiple categories. If you book a private room, that room will be reserved for you alone and other people can not book this room in any category even if it shows more beds in the photo.
Late or delayed check-in arrivals:
You can arrive at night if you simply fill out the online check-in form on our and upload your ID (taking a picture or screenshot with a mobile phone from your passport will suffice). Provided that your payment clears you will get an email with a code and instructions on how to enter it after we prepare everything. Guests for late check-in must book one day in advance and do the online check-in process ON the day of arrival.
Age Limit:
We do not accept guests younger than 18 and older than 50 years of age. Making a booking outside the age limit will block our availability and therefore make you liable for the booking balance, the same policy as a no-show will apply. Exceptions may be made for private rooms. 14 years and above can stay when accompanied by adults.
Disclaimer:
Bookings are only possible by credit card, we do not take bookings by phone or email, please book online. Entrances and halls are monitored with CCTV cameras, every guest accepts this measure of security without further permission in written or spoken form. Noise level sensors and smoke detectors are installed in the hostel, any disturbances will follow up with fines. The entire property is to be kept smoke and fire-free; items producing heat (gas or electric cookers, stoves, toasters, candles, etc ) are prohibited and prohibited inside the hostel. Guests under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be denied check-in. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and exile guest/s due to disturbing behavior in which case no refunds will apply. Guests are liable for damages to the property and/or third parties. Keyless has a minimum charge of 25 EUR. The hostel's liability is limited to the maximum amount of the booking value under any circumstance. There will be no refunds for any third-party faults or causes.

Cancellation policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
