Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Rooms and hotel ok, staff nice and polite. Reasonable pricing.

Negative: Check in process was painfully slow, 15 minutes for two rooms is a bit too much in my opinion. My room was extremely hot, to the point I had to shut the heater and keep the window open for hours before getting a comfy temperature but this seems to be a pretty common thing all over Austria
