Positive: This is my third year in a row staying at this hotel. For the past three years, we’ve stopped here for a short stay to enjoy the beautiful location and the exceptional hospitality of the staff before heading off for our annual skiing holiday. The owner, Phillip, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Last year, we experienced heavy snowfall, which I hadn’t expected and wasn’t fully prepared for. Phillip went out of his way, making numerous calls to finally find tyre chains for us. He was genuinely concerned about my family’s safety, and that meant a lot to us. The location is superb, the staff are top-class and very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the area is quiet and safe. They truly make you feel at home. Thank you, Phillip, and thank you to all the staff for your kindness, care, and heartfelt hospitality.
